Wp yellow heart event

Her yellow heart event is not triggering. She is at max friendship, I have seen all other heart events, it is 10 am on a rainy day. What's wrong?

1 of the hardest things to do is pass out 100 times. Also make sure you have nothing in the green slot of your rucksack. Please reply if this helps! PS. If that isn't it,idk what your doing wrong. :washu:
