White grass?

I'm in my 3 year but in my game I haven't been able to find White grass. Does it appear after doing something, or is my game messing up?

Do you mean the white herb?:
You can pick it up on Volcano Island in the winter. It's on the ground, like the rocks are.

There's black grass in volcano islands but not white grass only white herbs
