For some reason now, if i want to visit her, when I make it to the 255th floor and go inside to where her bed is, my game will say, "You have already obtained the legendary sword, so there is no point in going back in" and send me back to the dig site... Glitch?
To visit Keira you have to go to the 255th floor of the third mine, not the second where you get the Legendary Sword. If you're getting that message in the 3rd mine, than it probably is a glitch
