On another note, as someone who hates hard games, the game isn't too bad if you play on Easy. I don't even really have to grind (but maybe that's because of my Magic). Just be careful and save often.

Hmm, since this isn't typically my type of game, from what I've heard from you guys (thanks again for the input), I am going to hold off, for now. If I see it on sale I'll definitely give it a go though.

Game came early!!! Any beginning tips before I stay up all night playing?

I just started playing it yesterday and my MC was instant KO'ed on the second battle when I tried to recruit a demon. Then I died every now and then. The game is difficult, but it's still manageable.

I'm just curious, which route does everyone plan to have? Law? Neutral? Chaos? Bad end? Right now, I'm aiming for bad ending first (or Neutral if I feel like it, but Neutral ending is usually pretty difficult to get and have insanely hard battles :\ ). Or you just go blind for the first play through?

Anyway, does it worth it to invest some skill points in Luck? I dumped all my skill points to Magic and 2 points in Agility right now. Also, do you recommend to invest in Str and Dex too? I just want to know how my current build will affect me when I'm in the late-game.

I always like choosing things honestly on the first playthrough, so I guess that's blind?

I'm choosing whatever to see what path I end up on.

I've heard that luck is a good skill to invest in but I can't remember what in the world it does. Str/dex are only worth investing a lot of time in if you intend on making a physical build. Dex is better than str because it has a stronger effect on your physical skills but with 100 str you can get the strongest sword in the game.

All of the first-print runs are limited edition, so that's the only kind of copy anyone has!

Loving the game so far. I always go for the Law Route first in these games.

I love everything that the limited edition comes with so it worked out. You guys weren't kidding when you said the game is hard! How do I switch to easy mode.

Die once and pay to have Charon revive you. Die a second time and you'll be revived for free and unlock the option to switch to easy.

Thanks Lon Lon! I have been cutting the game off and saving frequently. I guess I'll have to pay up. Level grinding tomorrow!
