I read in Siliconera that even in easy mode, there were still parts in the game that were considerably made hard to create challenges. Atlus made Cadet mode (or extremely easy mode) if you really want to breeze through the game. Of course, that would kill the fun imo.
As for me, I'm still playing in Normal mode. I kinda want to make a second file and make a physical skill oriented MC (my current MC is a magic nuke).
Also, is it just me or the Macca to summon demons from Compendium is extremely high? I always find myself running out of Macca. I even don't progress enough in the game yet just to farm some relics :\

So wow. I had no idea you could choose to "include Compendium" when searching for demons. Dang. A little too late finding this out now

This game is really stressing me out. This is the first game played that really gives me a hard time. Playing all day is not a good idea. Haha... I just wish I bought Animal Crossing so that I could switch between games.
I'm going to play on Fellow mode from hereon out... I want to enjoy the story. Off to leveling up so that I could level up higher leveled monsters. C:

Loving this game so far! I'm only playing on normal but the amount of save scumming I did in the first few hours was insane. Once you start getting actual skills it's much easier for things to go your way. Demon negotiation is still ridiculous though.

The macca needed to summon demons is definitely really high. I run out of it constantly because there's always something I need to buy, plus demon negotiations... the most I've had at once is around 3k and the Compendium would easily drain that in a few seconds.

So far I love this game and I am just level grinding non-stop. I am still playing on normal mode but things have gotten a lot easier now that I know the system and have a level advantage.

Screw those demons on Tokyo's map. I just want to listen to the music. So good.

I changed my mind and return the difficulty into Normal again. I suppose once you start playing in normal, you get used to the challenge. Currently fusing stronger demons to suit my MC's level.
I found a SMT 4 fusion tool if anyone is interested.
Beat the game on Neutral. Wow, what a ride! I'll run it through again on Normal for the Chaos and Bad Endings, reload an earlier save for Law Ending. I'm pretty excited for a second run, now that I have the knowledge I know now. There's so many little things I missed.
Oh, and I have to heavily disagree with reviews who say the story/characters are weak. It's a little hard to say without going into spoilers, but I thought both were great.
And MAJOR Neutral Path spoilers:
Spoiler:
« Snuggly Bunny » this game for making me kill Walter and Jonathan. I was still reeling from Issachar and then they turn into Lucifer and Herald. I already had a bad feeling that was where they were...but to just see it confirmed...*throws 3DS across the wall*
And they twist the knife too: "A yellow scarf lies on the floor." AAAAAAH ;_____;

I THINK i'm on Law right now, Jonathan is stuck to me like glue and,
Spoiler:
I'm running around with him in the white expanse or whatever killing all the whites
I wonder if theres a flowchart somewhere on the web for all the endings. I want neutral next.

For Neutral, I think it really helps if you do little to no requests, because those can affect your alignment.

I have done every single side request so far. Although, I am only 10 hours into the game. I recently got into
Spoiler:
Tokyo.

Yup you're stuck on law in your current playthrough. If it's Jonathan it's law, chaos for Walter, and neutral if you see Stephen after the deciding choice.
