is it possible for a gme to be unnanounced, but announced that it is in development? i know it sounds strange.. maybe i can put it into better words...
you see, techmo has announced that they are in the "developmental stages" of fatal frame 3, yet no offical announcement that the game is ever going to be released has been made yet.. is this possible? or, is techmo insane?
