Unless you're using AR codes, I believe there isn't any other way to gain the sprites.
Just do the farming and get them along the way. Collecting 60 sprites is not that difficult if you get the easier ones.

There are AR codes that make it easier to get the sprites (ie infinite stamina/money), but none that I recall that give you all of them. Or it says you have all of them but don't have access to them.
