Unlocking the 4th Mine

I have just married Skye and am working on the 3rd mine. I have read that unlike the other mines, which only require one to complete the previous mine, the 4th mine also requires one to experience Keira's Black Heart Event on floor 225. Does this mean I have lost my chance to unlock the 4th mine, as no Heart events can be triggered after marriage?

Unfortunately, yes. However, if you have a second save-file where you're not married, you could always load back and hold off proposing until you have the 4th mine unlocked.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I don't; I double save so I have a backup file if one glitches. Though, as far as I'm aware the only important thing in the 4th mine are the Wonderful stones, which wouldn't be as bad to miss out on as say the Adamandite ore for Makers or Cursed tools of the 3rd mine. But still I wish I'd got the chance to explore it

awww that's a bummer!!!
If this happens to anyone in the guy version they're lucky cause they can sell accessories to Van which I think brings in more money than collecting the wonderfuls and wishing for money.
The wonderfuls are kinda overrated anyway. They're good to raise your farm degree, but no one seems to know by how much it raises it, so it might not even be that good for that.
Sorry you don't get to explore it and complete the mining list!
