Even though the new trailer doesn't show much new footage \disappointed.

Nice. I could even watch it in full HD. No mention of the relationships leading to marriage though. Would still like to know more about that aspect of the game.

I used the ANB system sometimes. It was pretty okay when you needed an item. I guess I could work with that but I'm not really sure what they'd do with it either.

Yeah his outfit is pretty nice but it just doesn't seem fitting for these main characters who seem to dress less snazzily.

Well some of the extras do seem to have pretty nice designs at least they did in the older trailer. Like one had a hat and other little accessories. But his face is what really sets him apart because the non-important villagers may have nice clothes sometimes but their faces always seem more plain. However at least when it comes to this guy that possibility doesn't matter anymore .

Aaaa yeah red head is officially a main character. No one talks to him but I saw a glimpse of his 3D sprite in a brief scene. He is there hanging out by the cave again (I guess he likes that spot). If you look on the little map at that moment you can clearly see a symbol for him. Non-main characters don't get individual symbols, they all just use the same one. So he is certainly a main character. Woot B].

Yeah that trailer was posted on Natsume's youtube about a month ago. But there are still new things to notice in it if you watch it again.

I'm with you in that I only used it when I had an item I needed or a friend needed an item I had. nothing special.

well, we don't know that yet. we've only seen a few outfits and most were the basic starter-outfit so who knows what kind of outfits we'll get later on =)

I happens at 2:06 and goes to 2:10. You can see the player run by him quickly and on the mini map you see the character symbol passing a character symbol with red hair so that symbol has to belong to the mystery red guy since no other character is even close to the two of them.

Also the red hair guy isn't the only mystery character in the video. There appears to be a cute brown haired character with a unique symbol on the mini map. The player doesn't speak to them, he only runs by. But you can clearly see that the character is using stilts for some reason o_O. I image this mystery stilts character is going to be interesting.

You can also see Jinn's and Clarissa's symbols on the mini map at different points during the trailer. They look quite cute. I wonder if their symbols are based on an updated picture.

And one last little observation I've made is that the girl marrying the male MC is probably Haruka. The girl getting married has orange on her dress and that is a color used with Haruka's normal clothes. And very interestingly they both have pigtails with yellow ribbons. Sure Haruka's sprite may show her hair color being lighter than the the 3D model of the wedding girl but if you look at Haruka's screen shot you can kind of see her 3D model and it seems like her hair is darker looking. Plus no other girl really fits the bill and there probably are not many females left that we haven't seen a sprite of considering how many have already been shown.

So yeah that's pretty neat. I think Haruka is cute myself.

ether this kid is really weird, or he/she(they're in what looks like a sort of skimpy pink something or other so idk doesn't seem like something they'd put a boy in) or he likes to pick things off trees that are high up and therefor needs the stilts to get to them (rather than dragging a ladder around)

I haven't seen that scene so I can't say. sounds interesting though.

yea, the hard part will be deciding on what theme I want to go with. it'll prolly depend on what hair style I like best looks like and what series I know matches it the most (or I may just end up going with the elven/fae theme I did first with ANB as I bet it'd match the game's theme a lot better lol)

maybe. it really could go ether way. (I think they'd prefer a short haired girl in skimpy clothing than a boy. I don't care ether way but it seems odd for them. especially with the type of outfit it looks like to me)

I probably won't alter the design all that much. I'm fine with the default. Still the variations they've shown so far have been quite cute. I'm sure it'd be hard to choose if I did customize the character .

I think it could be really cute if it was a boy. But I would be fine with either gender. I wonder if he/she is on those stilts all the time or if it only at certain parts of the day.

I could see NPCs have feelings for each other but I don't think there will be rival couples in the HM sense. If there is NPCxNPC romance I imagine it will be a part of a character's storyline. Plus since there aren't going to be many marriage candidates and most of the town seems to be young single adults there are bound to be characters you can't marry that seem like they could be marriage candidates. So they may have those characters be the ones who have feelings for other NPCs instead of the few characters you can pursue. That's just a guess though.
