Thats so sad! D: If I get the game, I'm not sure if I'll want to see that scene. I will, but aww! D:
If this comes out before Christmas, I probably will ask for it, but if not, I don't know. If I happen to have enough money, I'll buy it but I'm still skeptical.

I am unsure if this has been awnsered...how on earth do you fulfill the special requests, like the one for a board and paint?! I have the items but cannot figure out how to give it to the lady.

Some requests just take a long time to resolve. Sometimes you have to put the items on the shelves and the NPC will come in and buy the items one at a time until they have them all, other times you have to have all the items on you and talk to the NPC at a certain time and place. This ... "Feature" is one of the more frustrating things about the whole game. If they ever make a HS2 this has got to be addressed. Just about every negative review I've seen on the game lists this feature as the number one problem. Unbenounced to the game designers, having no clue as to how to proceed with requests and story is not fun.

Gotten to the point where Dexter asks me to stock the Flower Baby. Like I've read around, I keep it in my inventory and run around to the town entrance and plaza, nothing happens. How do I advance his quest line?

Also, I am on month 3 day 2, and for several days have had Ember walking into my store. I waited for a rainy day (FINALLY) so I could go to the ruins and get some fruit... 'cept no Harvest « Harvest Goddess ». Apparently I need to unlock Shinji, then the Harvest « Harvest Goddess » unlocks?

How the heck do I get Shinji to appear? (Playing female by the way.)
Well I finally got the Flower Baby event done, gotta wait for Mr. 2pm to get me the items for the next one so I can finally unload this balloon...

Got the detective, had a few cutscenes with him. Still no Shinji, and seeing that sad little dragon every morning is crushing my soul D:

Hey, I'm having trouble initiating a scene with Harvey. He said he'd give me a tour of the town or we'd go run around together or something like that (it's been a while) but I need a Toy Robot. I have a Toy Robot. I just don't know whether I have to meet him somewhere with it in my inventory or put it up for sale when he's there. Anyone have any idea on how to get this scene going? ;o;

EDIT: Eep, never mind, I figured it out!

Harvey, the young boy you help build a fort with is killed by monsters at night when he goes to see the stars. The scene includes showing his black coffin being carried in and his mother and sister in tears. Later scenes show his sister trying to reconcile with the thought that she was too tough on him and that it was her fault he was killed. The mother does her own soul seeking and you have a talk with her at night while she's looking at the stars near where Harvey was killed. Pretty deep stuff really.
Well, looks like im not going to be playing this game anymore.

...Maybe it's because I'm evil, but this game seems to be becoming quite interesting, hm...

I'm halfway through Month 2, and I still haven't been able to expand my shop. I have over 60,000 gold in the game, so I don't know what to do to expand my store.

You need 10 lumber (bought from the 2 p.m. merchant), then you need to talk to the blacksmiths and request the expansion.

How many times can you expand your shop? I've expanded twice and I've got 99 wood and over 100,000 in money but I can't get the twins to offer another upgrade. I'm mid way through month 3. Do I have to do something to trigger it or can you only upgrade twice?

There is a total of 4 upgrades. Have you been talking to them and buying stuff from them? Thats how you make friends with them which unlocks the next 2 upgrades. I've only upgraded twice but I already have #3 and #4 unlocked, and I buy something from them every day, even if its just pencils or inkpots. I had the 3 & 4 unlocked midway through month 2.

Wow, thanks I guess I need to buy more from them. Thought I was buying a good amount, clearly not enough.

Does just talking to people, in the house or on the road, raise friendship levels?

Finally got the Ember storyline finished up---the outside of his house looks so cute!
I have the third expansion and can get a lot of customers lined up.
