ACCIDENTALLY THREW AWAY Dog Ball. Can I get it back?

I threw away the dog ball. When it is lost or given away, Thomas returns it. Is there a way to get it back when thrown away? =(

I've eaten the ball, given it away as a present, thrown it in my character's pond, and shipped it. I always got it back, so I'm pretty sure you can't ever get rid of it forever.

You can basically do anything to the dog ball and you'll get it back!

If you want it out of the way thoihg, just buy the shelf from the shopping channel and stick the ball in there
