Not a fan of Frey's voice. I think she sounds like Anise from Tales of the Abyss.

Xaoi's voice fits her really well!
Vishnal's voice is perfect! I can only imagine his as Tamaki though ahah xD
Kiel's kind of grates on my nerves, but he is still one of my favorites

Lest: He's apparently been confirmed as Bryce Papenbrook, and he is fantastic. If I make a Lest file, I'm naming him Henry, I'll marry Dolce, and our daughter shall be named Noire.
Frey: I like it! It'll take a little bit of getting used to, but it's not bad at all.
Chlorica: She seems a bit too quiet, at least in the clips. Her voice is good, but something just seems off about it to me. Her voice might win me over once I hear it more in-game, though.
Margaret: First and third clips sounded great, but the second clip made her sound a bit old (then again, she is an elf, haha). I'll have to hear more of it before passing full judgement.
Amber: YESSSS. THIS IS PERFECT.
Dolce: Shinku? Is that you? Regardless, the VA carries her tone with a combination of elegance and reservation. Perfect.
Pico: I. CAN'T. EVEN. IT'S TOO PERFECT. THAT LAUGH.
Xiao Pai: She sounds so cute!
Forte: Strong and mature, without sounding too deep. Fantastic.
Vishnal: TAMAKIII. Even not taking Tamaki into account, I like the voice a lot. He does sound slightly old, but I'll get used to it. I can't wait to hear him freak out, Vic is fantastic at that.
Arthur: I want to kidnap him and keep him all to myself. I loved Arthur before this, but...<3
Dylas: It's Chrom! Or Jazz! Or Yuri! I love it. The VA is spot on.
Kiel: I think that this is a case of bad voice, good actor. The second sound clip wasn't as bad as the first and third, but I really think that they shouldn't have gone the "nerdy" route for him. I would say that Todd Haberkorn would be good for him, but he's already been in two RF games already, haha.
Doug: He sounds like a hot-blooded teenage boy, and given his character description, that's perfect.
Leon: It's Chrom! Or okay I'll stop. I like it a lot! It fits his "calm troll" persona a lot.
Ventuswill: Tiki moved to Selphia! I guess she's a dragon full-time now. *shot* I know that Venti sounded young in the JP version as well, but I just don't think that it really fits her. It's just...it's just odd to hear such a girly voice coming out of a dragon « Harvest Goddess »'s mouth. xD Maybe once I see more of her character I'll like her voice better.

Jones: Fits him very well!
Nancy: ...How many people in this game are voiced by this lady?! Anyway, I know that she's part of the "hot older woman" running gag but her voice just really seems too young to me.
Lin Fa: S-Sonja? You're back? Anyway, her voice is cute, but I'm going to have to get used to it. Then again, her JP voice was really high as well...
Illuminata: Fantastic. Can't wait to hear more.
Blossom: She nailed the third clip, haha. It's fantastic.
Bado: Fits his lazy personality perfectly.
Son: I WANT TO TAKE HIM HOME AND FEED HIM COOKIES.

Raven: Eh...I know that her RF3 VA wasn't very good at emotion, but I honestly thought that the deep voice she had was really fitting. Here...I'm not that fond of her voice. I don't know if it's just that I'm so used to her having a deep voice, but I'm just not that fond of her new voice. This VA also voices like five other characters so I'm not too pleased with how similar she sounds to everyone else (the same can be said for every other character in the game she voices). The VA isn't bad, I just think she was just a bad choice for Raven in particular.
Barrett: I don't really know much about Barrett, but I guess it's fitting.
