Mining... stuff

So I've recently started playing this game again (by "recently" I mean I played three seasons in 24 hours...) and I have no idea whatsoever as to what I can use to replenish stamina/fatigue in the mine aside from herbs... which I am running out of.
I know there's a bodigizer/turbojolt here somewhere, but I can't remember where... Can't I just buy it somewhere, or do I have to have the kitchen for it...

You can buy it from Van, but you can make it as well.

bodigizer/turbojolt XL can be purchased for about 1000 G and 2000 G. Bodigizer/turbojolt regular should cost 500 G and 1000 G.
To make Bodigizer (NOT XL, regular) its orange grass + Black grass + Red Magic Flower in the cooking pot. Bodigizer XL will restore 100 STR as well
To make Turbojolt (NOT XL, regular) its orange grass + White grass + Red Magic Flower in the cooking pot. Turbojolt XL will restore 50 FAT.

Through my own personal experience, I recommend buying the Bodigizer XL and Turbojolt XL from van rather than making them. There are some other items you can use (Relax Tea +50 STR -50 FAT, Indigo Curry, Fried Noodles, Ice Cream, White Curry and Vegetable Juice +20 STR -20 FAT) but I find buying bodigizer/turbojolt less time consuming if your lazy like me xD
