If you're playing RF4 on normal difficulty, what is the recommended level for beating Thunderbolt? (Is that his name? It's the horse boss)

Recommended level is 12 on easy and 17 on hard. I'd say 13 just to be safe and might want to bring some people or pets along ;) good luck

I've been trying to get my cooking level up, but it's been pretty slow for me. Are there any recommendations for what I should make to get it to level 99 faster? Oh, and I've also tried getting higher RP and I've tried using my rune abilities more, along with forging. But it hasn't really been doing much for me.

make the hardest dish you can, and as many of them as you can if it`s easy, also try equipping a heart pendant, it increases skill gain

for the RP just try raising any skill that says it raises RP, I think all the weapon skills raise it too, you can also eat a certain dish before you cook/craft and it`ll raise your max RP for the day, how much and if at all depends on the dish

Yeah, I was around level 17-18 when I beat Thunderbolt. I was trying to level up as much as I can to be prepared for any of the bosses in the plot.

If you feel like your level shouldn't be an issue, try upgrading your armor/accessories/weapons/shoes/etc. It really goes a long way in improving your stats and helping you zoom through dungeons!

The monsters were harder than the boss for me. I don't know the reccomended level but I believe its around 25-30 for an easier fight. Her weakness it light and she has few long range attacks. On and you can throw furniture at her which helps a lot.

Do you only need one giantizer to grow a giant crop or do you need more than that? I'm just trying to make sure so that I won't waste too much gold on it when I go to the flower shop.

It's usually two. Put it on the crops when you're first starting, and when they become larger but have not joined together, use it again.
