for reals??? Oh harvest goddess. Is there anything I can do to improve my chances???runefactor wrote:It's a random town event like any other. I used to think you needed 7fp with Amber and Dylas but other members said that beating the second arc is the only requirement...horse rancher wrote:Hi there, how do you start the 3 ark??

She sounds like a treat. I have a feeling I'll be having flashbacks to La Saia from Dark Cloud while fighting her... So I'll want a high level, non-elemental weapon with a long reach to fight her then. I can do that. What kind of monsters would you recommend as back-up? If she summons monsters then I think I'll need some crowd control and I don't think my usual Green and Silver Wolf will help too much against her. Especially since my Wolf has no sense of self-preservation.The Siren's gimmick is that she's in water. You have to run around her pool to hit her. She's also resistant to any elemental attacks, will summon monsters on occasion, and can afflict status ailments, although I can't remember which all she does.

Sadly, no. :/horse rancher wrote:for reals??? Oh harvest goddess. Is there anything I can do to improve my chances???runefactor wrote:It's a random town event like any other. If you're desperate to get it, you can just sleep with Amber and Dylas in your party. When they leave, it means you got an event with them involved. If you sleep too much and nothing, then you probably activated a different town event. You can reload if that happens.
If it's any consolation, the third arc sucks. Imo at least.

You can try making a Diamond Brooch and equipping it. It helped me when I was stuck with trying to beat her.Anonymous Night Owl wrote:She sounds like a treat. You have beaten the second arc when you're finished with the Floating Empire. I'm just adding that, because sometimes people finish the Sechs Territory only and are surprised why arc 3 won't trigger.runefactor wrote:It's a random town event like any other. I always just used water shoes to fight her. She was never really a problem for me like the other RP bosses. Seems like she spends a lot of the fighting time just sitting there in the water.Anonymous Night Owl wrote:She sounds like a treat. LOL I love fighting her with the water shoes man. She really does spend a TON of time just sitting around and disappearing though..Balisong wrote:I always just used water shoes to fight her. Ah, the siren. Annoying is definitely the word for her. I just grabbed my spear (I think it was a Broniac at the time) and just kept stabbing her XD It took me forever, but I managed it.ivanity wrote:LOL I love fighting her with the water shoes man. Nope, you can make them with your crafting table.Atsuko Roberts wrote:You can also try going to Sharance Maze and finding a really strong weapon from some of the treasure chests. That's how I got my Saint Axe.
Anyway, I noticed that on the last date I had at the black smith's gave me a courage badge. Can you only get accessories from those dates?
I think she was asking if you only get accessories from that date as in you dont get weapons or shoes or etc.. I wouldn't know the answer tho sorryKail-chan wrote:Nope, you can make them with your crafting table.Atsuko Roberts wrote:You can also try going to Sharance Maze and finding a really strong weapon from some of the treasure chests. Oh, sorry I read the question differently. I have only ever gotten accessories from those dates so I believe that all you can get.ivanity wrote:I think she was asking if you only get accessories from that date as in you dont get weapons or shoes or etc..
