always failed dish...

I've tried cooking multiple times with ingredients that are 1 or more stars and even equal to each other product and all I get is a failed dish!! Has anyone else had this problem?

And if you're trying to cook with the utensils, are you making sure that they're fully selected? They can't just be highlighted, they have to be down in the area with the rest of your selected ingredients.

I have the pot and it is selected when I try to make dishes with it...

Make sure the pot is actually selected. It will get highlighted and it will go up and join this list of your ingredients (so you'll see it down on the list, and up with your ingredients). Are any of your ingredients rotten?

Also, what are you trying to make? For me, if I try to add an extra ingredient, I get a failed dish. I have to make the basic recipe and then the second time around I can improve the recipe (my case seems unique, though).
