I would keep doing requests. That request didn't show up until AFTER I saw Kiel's marriage event (and turned him down) and had the engagement ring recipe

I was like wow game a marriage tutorial would've nice BEFORE all of that thanks. I forget what request I did before it popped up though. Keep doing the major ones and eventually it should show.

@Lin, you could just make the ring without the recipe (like I did). It's super easy to make it and find the materials.

I swear I've had the engagement ring recipe since nearly the beginning of the game. I think I got it from just eating bread. I don't understand why others have a problem getting it. Course I'm playing Lest if that makes a difference.

I'm playing as Lest too and the game just refuses to give me the recipe. I ended up crafting it without recipe (like runefactor suggested)
All the bachelorettes are at 10 FP and I've gone to more than 3 dates so I don't see what's wrong.

So for there is no reverse confessions for female? I need to say "I love you" first to date the bachelor? The reverse only for proposal?

I'm playing as Frey, haven't done any marriage events or even gone on three dates with anyone, but I got the engagement ring recipe from accessory bread. I think the recipe is unlockable so long as your crafting level is appropriate. The recipe level isn't too high either--it's around the same level as the emerald ring/sapphire ring/amethyst ring/etc. if I remember correctly, which is probably in the 20's or so.

Yea that's how I got it too, playing as Frey, crafting level around 20, eating a ton of accessory bread. It seems to be pretty random what recipes you get sometimes tho.

Is this a point of no return? Because you said not to go on too many dates, if one has already done so, are they doomed to restart or will it just take longer to occur? Festivals you can cancel, but dates that had already happened are already passed.

You're not doomed or anything. I think she means that if you go on a date, their sub event might not occur on that day so it'd take longer to activate.

Yup, Lon is exactly right; that's what I meant. They can just block the sub-events from triggering, so you need to space them out accordingly.

I really wish that some of the marriage events weren't as short. I loved how Arthur's and Leon's took some work and had a story to it compared to the others. I can't be the only one who thinks that. I:

I have a question, is it okay to have six lovers in the same time and can I still triggered the marriage event with the bachelor that I want to get married? Or is it going to be harder to triggered since you have so many lovers~~

Awesome. Because I was about to say that would suck if I lost my chance to flag an event.
