I just bought the game and i got to the 2 disc and and i'm on the Goldoba (the ship) and i can't beat Giacomo, Ayme, and that other guy! I need help! what should i do!?!?!?!?

Well, it depends on how good your levels are and who you use..

I think I used Kalas, Xhella(sp?), and Gibari..and they were all around level 25-27..not sure where exactly.

What I'd do is focus your attacks on Folon first, he seems to be stronger than Ayme, and he goes down quicker..just pound away on him

Then take down Ayme, shes not too tough..lots of strong cards and finishers should take her down.

After that, Giaccomo isn't so hard when hes alone.

If you lack strong cards for Kalas, destroy Imperial Walkers. They drop Cetaka's Sword cards, a very strong card for Kalas at that point.

Yes, kill Folon first, with his Energy Injection card, he can do more hurt than Ayme. Then kill Ayme as fast as you can, or she'll start using Chaotic Ice on you, which freezes you. Then concentrate on Giacomo. He'll start using End Slasher after some HP of his is gone, then Imperial Force when he gets weaker. Just keep wailing away on him.

Oh, and be careful when you heal. Your next turn, your target will be Giacomo, so you must remember to change targets.

I don't remember if you have the Holy Grail card at that point, but if you do, combine it with Japanese Rice Wine in minor enemy battles to create Sacred Wine, which revives and heals 500 HP.

Take good cards from your unused comrades. Especially Mizuti. Take all good magic cards from Mizuti and replace Xelha's weaker magic cards accordingly.

Finally, try to get a good photo of Giacomo. He sells for a nice price.

YEah, those Cetaka's Swords are nice..

I had two save files at that point in the game, I stayed in the city fighting the Soldiers walking around there until I was lvl 40 then went and owned Giacomo and his goons. Whatever you do, don't give Kalas any swords of Light they lose their power after an hour and become basic crappy sword cards.

You mean the Saber of Light card for Kalas? Don't they only appear in the Lava Caves? And true, after one hour, the Saber of Light turns to a flimsy old Saber. Now, Shadow Thrusters, on the other hand...
