What is there to do after marriage? I've organised my farm and I've gotten friend ships up.

Keep playing your game normally and if you want you can have a kid. Pretty much the same thing as before.

Have you got all 101 sprites? You could also try and watch all the random events.

Have kid, watch all random events, marry all the rival couples, get all 101 sprites, buy a private island and build a villa on it, make all your buildings made up from the golden lumber if you have lots of money to waste, complete the shipment list, upgrade tools to the highest rank (mythics), go down to the lowest level of four mines, etc etc. Marriage doesn't end the game so you still have lots of things to do if you want.

Stalk the villagers, and make up random theories. Note down if they do anything suspicious. Get everyone to full friendship, and note down their dialogue. (Get your husbands friendship down, and note all of the funny things he says. If you feel bad, don't save before you do it.)
