Ushi No Tane Forum

I've plugged in my GBA game into my copy of DS cute but I don't think any of the Mineral Town characters are showing up.
Is it because I'm using Friends of Mineral Town with DS Cute? Or maybe because I'm using a device that helps you do things that aren't exactly part of the normal game play?

Yeah, I think it's the former. You have to use FoMT with DS and MFoMT with Cute, I believe. Sorry.

How long have you kept FoMT in for? I swear someone said it's a full week or something (with the GBA game) before they turn up.

To get the bonus content from Harvest Moon DS you will need to plug your copy of Friends Of Mineral Town or More Friends Of Mineral Town into the DS' Gameboy Advance slot. When you start your DS game it will activate the link between the two games. You don't have to do anything else.

Either game will work.

The FoMT characters don't always show up immidiately. Did you try sleeping after plugging in the game? That's what I had to do to get it to work.

I found my copy of MFoMT, and kept it plugged in for a bit and the characters showed up!
