I can't see muffys heart events?

I have tried everything to trigger muffys black heart event. She's at a blue heart right now. But for some reason I can't trigger her heart events. I married her before in the same game. I have also seen 2 heart events for muffy and griffin but I don't see why that would effect me from seeing muffys heart events. Please help!

I took me a while as well, I think just keep trying and with the first one, I activated it at 5 o clock, which I think is later than what it says on the site.
