Harvest moon ds and its female counterpart are good games but (in many peoples opinion) are not the best HM games out there.
Chicken coop collapsed for the 5th time because you cant afford gold lumber? Suffer a bad glitch? (especially the boy version) Rant about it! For me its that the only good bachelor is Skye and I had to call myself Kit because I couldn't call myself Skye. Oh and the for mentioned lumber problem (im sticking to crops for now out of paranoia)

I swear gold lumber is exactly the same as stone but prettier.

Cute is actually one of my favorites. There's just so much to do. However, both this copy and the last one I had have this weird glitch where my watering can will stop working after doing stuff in the basement. So I can't build basements, which is a real drag.

I don't like the sprites. Some of them are a real pain to find.

I lovelovelove hm:DS but I have one of the copies with all the glitches sooooo it kind of ruins my experience when the games just don't load any more.

That really sucks, especially if you've just got married or got 60 sprites or something.

^ I agree about the glitches. And the fact that there's so many of them which can « Snuggly Bunny » your game!

Does anyone else find it irritating how long it takes to raise the bachelors from Mineral Town's heart levels? I want to see everyone's heart events before I get married and if I did the math right, I'm going to have to wait until winter yr 3 to propose.

I usually try to see as many heart events as I can before I propose, but I just skipped the mineral town guys. I didn't have enough patience for that.

I want to woo a mineral town guy, but I have next to no patience.

I always get the feeling the girl version of a Harvest Moon game in DS or GBA is always waaayyyy better than the boy version...A lot of changes that some of the guys want is on the girl's version

I just got Harvest Moon DS Cute for my birthday, and already my biggest complaint is the fact that time flows so fast. I'm used to time flowing the way it does in AWL and ANB, but with the faster moving time in DS Cute, I don't have time to do everything I want to do in a day, namely socializing with all of the villagers.
