Celia's Yellow Heart Event???

I've tried activating Celia's Yellow Heart Event tons of times. I'm in the bar right now, on a Saturday at 4:30 PM, and guess, what, no heart event. Am I missing something? I've seen the other events. Please help!!

According to Celia's page here on Ushi, you're doing everything right. Events can just be stubborn sometimes. Just keep trying, you'll eventually get it!

Make sure Griffin is present at the Blue Bar during the time of the event or you won't be able to activate it.
