Ushi No Tane Forum

My first Harvest Moon game was Back To Nature on playstation 1 and the GBA Harvest Moon games in Mineral Town were better than the ones that are coming out now. I wish Natsume would make more Harvest Moon Mineral Town games for DS and 3Ds. I own 4 other ones not in Mineral Town so I can honestly say I've tried others. What do you guys think?

I'd love to see a FoMT and HMDS remake for the 3DS, I loved that group of people

I love the AnWL cast and if they would spice up the Mfomt cast, I'd enjoy that too!

I was actually just looking up if MFoMT is in the eshop or not... def should be done tho omg I really want to play this again without going out and buying a new gba (cause my sp's screen disconnected sigh) and finding my version/buying a new version of the game...

Also MFoMT was def one of my favorites and I've played almost all of the games lololol I do really like AP and MM though

i just download the gba file and play it on my 3ds or just a ds... ♥ i also love the mineral and more mineral town.

these games are pretty hard to find now defintely remake for the 3ds.

The mineral town cast is definitely my favourite cast, and while I'd love a remake, I feel like some people might be annoyed if they continuously brought them back. I know my brother would rather see a new cast than bringing back the MT cast.

I also love FOMT
Fomt was the Hm I most liked in the list of Hms I played!
The characters and conquered me completely xD
The game may not have as many features as the new..But still ramains my favorite

YEssssss FoMT is really great, I think I agree with Billy, I'd really like to see a remake of the games, but maybe not on the 3DS (I prefer console)

I really hope that it and MFoMT are added to the eShop someday or that there is at least a plan to

I really love the Mineral Town games as well and the Back to Nature games too. But honestly I'd be perfectly happy if that cast was never reused again. HM games don't really do enough with their characters for anything new to really be added by bringing them back yet again. Although I wouldn't complain if they reused some of the regular villagers here and there. Still I prefer having new casts of characters instead.

I never liked MFoMT all that much. I think if it was one of the first HM games I played, I may have liked it more, but ah well.

I've played all harvest moon on this planet, and this is my favorite also...

The first game i've played is the BTN and i love this game XDD.I already played FoMT/MFoMT but i prefer BTN ;w;(i know is like the same thing but have small differences) and i love the mineral town's folks XDD,but i guess they already make cameos in alot of games =/,they appear in :

-64
-BTN/for girl
-FoMT / MFoMT
-DS/DS:Cute
-Island of Happiness
-Sunshine Island
-Puzzle de Harvest Moon
(i don't know that's all the games they appear but is alot of games :s )
I wish they make a remake,but with the old style (not that customization things of clothes,hair,that sound strange but i don't like so much that system and IMO don't fits in BTN/FoMT).

Im not sure if that is emulation because the 3ds doesn't have an emulator and you def cant download files onto the 3ds, I'm not sure what she is talking about??

They're my favorites thus far. I won't rule out future casts, though. They definitely felt like real people, relatable, each with their own problems that don't necessarily get solved throughout the course of playing (Rick and Popuri's absent father/Lillia's illness and the stress, Karen's drinking, Duke's drinking, Aja's absence, Ellen's legs, Gray's issues with his grandpa, Basil always being too busy for Anna, May's absent mother, and so on...)

Of course, there are some things you CAN solve (Cliff's unemployment), or that you can see solved (Jeff and Sasha's debt), which is pretty heartwarming. Plus, they all seemed to get along well with each other and felt like an actual community that really interacted.

I do like the AWL cast for their having real problems as well (Galen grieving, Muffy getting her heart broken, Marlin's health issues, Grant and Samantha's strained marriage), but I think I felt kinda disconnected from them as a whole. Like, I liked some characters. I think the gameplay also dragged me out of immersing myself.
