Ok, so I need to get the outfits that Oracle makes, and need like level 4/5 message board. Appart from doing requests, is there a way to get it quicker??? if not, how long will it take?
You get more "request points" that you need to raise your request level by using fresh items. The higher the freshness of the item the more points you get. Also high ranks give you more request points. I suggest you take on every request you can and only you only use fresh item, then you should raise it really quickly. Imo it's not hard to raise and doesn't take much time.
You can keep all items that you will need in requests in chicken cart, and do as many requests as you can afford. And, ALWAYS try to do Kana and Howard's requests for Material Stones. They're easy, and you will always get 2x requests points. I used this method and it worked for me
