I play as a guy and my MC's hairstyle didn´t change back to the default at the wedding ceremony.

But, it seems that if you play as a girl, your hairstyle will get back to the default at the wedding ceremony. I mean, you can see at the first page how all girl!MCs are wearing their default style, regardless of ceremony style. It couldn´t be just a coincidence, right?

I don't think it's a coincidence either. I'm betting that it's due to the girl's hair accessories. Since all the brides have either a headband or bows depending on the wedding, it'd be extra work for them to add those things to every possible hairstyle. Meanwhile, the boys wouldn't have anything added to their hair, so they can keep whatever they have.
