I have many more questions that I want to ask here.
1. Do lotus seedlings and wasabi seedlings grow up into crop producing trees?
2. Is the horse a pet that belongs in a pet house, or a livestock animal that belongs in the barn?
3. How many cats and dogs can fit inside the pet house?
4. How many chickens can fit inside the chicken coop?
5. How many animals can fit inside the barn?
6. Are there any livestock animals other than cows, sheep, and alpacas?
7. How many barns, coops, and pet houses can be place on a farmland plot?
8. Is pottery used to decorate the farmhouse, or to be sold for profit?
9. Which of the farmhouse's exterior designs would you say has blue roofs?
10. Why is the safari devoid of wildlife?

1. They are paddy crops not trees.Bryght Knowledge wrote:I have many more questions that I want to ask here.

2. In the barn, but doesn't count for max space. He does eat, though.
3. I think 3, but not 100% sure. Might be 4.
4. 8 chickens, or 6 and 2 rabbits.
5. 8
6. Copy from front page "Cows are available at Silk Country from the start of the game, but you'll need to build a poultry barn to house Chickens before you can buy them from Asche. Sheep unlock with Cabin Country, and rabbits are at Silk Country starting in Fall of year 1. Alpaca, Jersey Cows, and Suffolk Sheep are all at Cabin Country starting in Spring of year 2. Silkie black Chickens are at Cabin starting in Fall of year 2. Angora Goats (Cabin), Black Rabbits (Silk), and Brown Alpaca (Cabin) are available starting in Spring of year 3. Llamas are at Silk Country in Fall of year 3. The last set of animals, Araucana Chicken (Wheat), Camels (Silk), and Zebu cows (Wheat) unlock in Spring of year 4."
7. Barn and coop 2 in each side, pet houses 1.
8. You can "decorate" by placing the item on the floor. But it will eventually disappear like any other item.
9. Asian looks blue to me. http://fogu.com/sos1/farming/your-farmhouse.php
10. Get more CP with the traders and they'll give you animals.
they'll look just like the normal ones on your farm - not sure if you have any, but they'll just be huge. the max amount of days that it'll take is 20 days though, but they can be mature in as little as 16 days, if that helps.kenzo wrote:How to know if the hardwood and softwood tree is mature enough to chop?
I already chopped all trees on my farm and I forgot when I planted them lol How many small lumbers will one mature hardwood seedling produce?Samurott wrote: they'll look just like the normal ones on your farm - not sure if you have any, but they'll just be huge. the max amount of days that it'll take is 20 days though, but they can be mature in as little as 16 days, if that helps.
16 days is only in the tree field; on your farm it will always be 20 days.Samurott wrote:they'll look just like the normal ones on your farm - not sure if you have any, but they'll just be huge. the max amount of days that it'll take is 20 days though, but they can be mature in as little as 16 days, if that helps.
I think they drop 16; best bet is to save and chop one down. If the tree is really easy to chop down, and only one bundle of small lumber pops out when the main tree fails (not counting what you get from the stump), then it wasn't fully mature. If 3 bundles pop out, it was mature.kenzo wrote:I already chopped all trees on my farm and I forgot when I planted them lol How many small lumbers will one mature hardwood seedling produce?
If I remember right, blue flowers. But an easy way to check is equip your watering can. If you see a white dashed line around the crop plot when you stand near/on it, the plot can be watered, and if it can be watered, it's not ready yet.tzencei wrote:Quick question.
What does flax look like when it's ready to harvest?
Thank you!!Ilmoran wrote: I think they drop 16; best bet is to save and chop one down. Another question, I'm not 100% sure that I counted right, but I think I did give Raeger 100 gifts already but the reverse confession don't.want.to.trigger. Pretty sure I fulfilled all requirements. However if I counted right, I gave the 100th gift on the day I tried to trigger the confession. So is it something to do with that?
You can trigger the reverse confession the same day that you give the 100th gift, but to trigger it:kenzo wrote:Another question, I'm not 100% sure that I counted right, but I think I did give Raeger 100 gifts already but the reverse confession don't.want.to.trigger. - It must be sunny
- It can't be a holiday
- It must be Saturday or Sunday
- You must enter their house
As you walk in, the reverse confession scene triggers.
For Raeger, if I understand right, he has to be on the bottom floor (restaurant area) not the upper floor (living area).
It is a non-holiday sunny Sunday, and I entered Raeger's house both before and during his work hours..Raeger is at the bottom floor between 10-11 and during his work hours. But the scene still won't triggerIlmoran wrote: You can trigger the reverse confession the same day that you give the 100th gift, but to trigger it:

Are the rabbits and the angora goat the only livestock that can't be bred?
Does the game allow for players to have 2 each of all the barn livestock?
Is it worth it to befriend Dessie, Witchie, and the Harvest Sprites?
If you befriend the wild animals roaming around, do they appear in the Safari?
Does this site have a guide list that explains what gifts the SoS wild animals like?

Chickens can technically not be bred. Pets cannot be bred.Bryght Knowledge wrote:Are the rabbits and the angora goat the only livestock that can't be bred?

The game allows 2 of each type of livestock in every barn & more. If you want 2 though, you will have to have at least 3 barns.
That completely depends on you. IF you want the clothing blueprints then go for it, otherwise, the only thing worth it are the early mango & cacao rewards from Dessie for giving lots of offerings.
They do not. You just get more of them in your town, which can be charming. If you befriend them enough, they will give you small gifts.
This site does not. There is a jp wiki for it if you can decipher the google translate.

the non breedable animals are All pets, Zebu, Camel, Angora goat, Angora rabbit, and Grey Angora rabbit.Bryght Knowledge wrote:Are the rabbits and the angora goat the only livestock that can't be bred?

you can have as many barn animals and the barn can hold. I've had 5 sheep at one time (to get mass wool for the greenhouses)
you can get tropical gifts from dessie if you give her offerings - that is, if you haven't unlocked tropical country. you can also get the Alise and W. Princess outfits from dessie and witchie (respectively) at i think 50k FP?
the wild animal gift list is here (scroll down a bit)

i'm not sure about befriending the wild animals though - i know that you can get some from befriending the country vendors though.
