What would take up more land? pet houses, barns, coops, a large pasture, and the cheese maker shed or 4-6 crop areas, a seed maker shed, a greenhouse, a crop plot for grains, and 14 trees And I'll need room for the sewing shed, the pottery shed, the spice shed, and the Farris Wheel thing.

How do I use the fertilizer maker properly? I tried putting in 84 units of weeds in, but I didn't get them all back at once.

use the spice shed, it requires corn to make.

yes its called special fertilizer and if u have the seed maker u should be able to make it. scroll down when u make the regular fertilizer and u should find it.
How do I use the fertilizer maker properly? I tried putting in 84 units of weeds in, but I didn't get them all back at once.u r using it correctly with that many weeds it will take time to process. there is an item combo to speed up the time to make the items.

And for rabbit and pet food I don't think u can make it. You may just have to continue buying them.

So just got the game today, everybody tells me I look tired when I first talk to them? What am I doing wrong, I went to bed at 18:00. Also, trying to decide between Klaus and Raeger, please give me your opinion on who I should choose and how to woo them. I can't find any amethyst or any gems to give to Klaus any other suggestions?

Eat. For Klaus, his favourite dish is super easy to make and the recipe becomes available in the first year.

Has anyone seen the pregnancy and birth events? What happens exactly? I remember seeing those events in the older games, and I thought they were cute to watch.

The special fertilizer is actually for golden crops, and (supposedly) helps them resist wilting when they through growth stages. It does not actually increase the star rank of the golden crops when you use it, and I believe the game won't even let you use it on regular crops.

Flax is sold by Silk country after you ship 150.000 to them.
Cotton by Rose starting Fall or year 1.

For max money turn them into golden cloth.

Linen is the woven form of flax.
Flax unlocks once you ship 150k to Silk country.
Rose country sells cotton seeds. Rose country unlocks once you've shipped 1 million through the vendors (doesn't have to be a specific vendor, and doesn't all have to be to one vendor); Rose country cannot be unlocked before year 1, even if you meet the shipping total earlier.

Confirmation on whether or not the deer for transporting stuff to the Trade Depot is a real thing? I see one post here asking if it is real, one mention on the wiki, and that's it. Someone on Tumblr brought it up and now I'm dying to know if it's real or not. Is this a Pikablu situation where it was a mistranslation/misinterpretation of something that's actually in the game?

Does fodder count toward the tropical country crop requirement? I thought I read it did, but Cher's guide doesn't say so.
Are there more requirements for getting the basic cooking recipes, like cooking a certain item? I swear I bought them all, but Raeger won't give me any of his recipes even though I eat there everyday. I checked both Cabin Country and Silk Country and I've bought all the basic recipes already.

Fodder does count toward the vesture requirement (it includes things other than crops, like milk and eggs).
The best way to tell what category something counts as for unlocking tropical is to open inventory, use the L/R buttons to filter until you are in the list that has the item, and then look at the name of the filter on the bottom screen. Ignore the trading category on the top screen. (This is a picture showing that coffee is a product, but the circled spot is where you are looking to find out what the item ships as):


Sakura country has basic cooking recipes too, so you won't be able to get recipes from Raeger until you unlock them, at least Fall of year 1.

Where is my cat? I just bought him and he's not in the pet house or anywhere. Where did he go? He's eating the food but he's nowhere to be found.

He goes outside on his own during they day; try checking the pet house first thing in the morning, or later in the evening (18:00 or so)

how do you get Andes Potatoes? I heard that if you ship 500 potatoes u should get it but won't that just unlock golden potatoes seeds?
