Hi,
i am in the 8th year now, in the next season i will have build all expansions without the second home. My question now is, if i will with the key also be able to visit the Festivals in the other town. (I want to see my child also by the Konohana Festivals without moving the towns, because I have all my animals in Bluebell)

I don't think so because unless you officially move, you aren't a resident of the other town.

Yes, you must move to a town to participate in their festivals, even after unlocking both houses. Your animals will also stay at your current town only. It's unfortunate
