Ash or Kana?

I am having trouble on who to woo. It seems that Kana's horse affection is a little disturbing O.o...is Ash better? I know his sister is obsessed with him, also I don't feel like raising Dirk's affection for Kana yellow heart event. Ash is at 1 flower and Kana is at 2 flowers.

Flip a coin, one being heads and the other being tails. You should know who you want to marry while the coin is in the air.

If that doesn't work, see both of their events and decide after that. That way you'll know almost everything about both characters. I think. I've never actually wooed either of them, but that's how HM works.
