Hi...is there a way to continue playing the game after you open the tunnel again?I still have a lot to do and I didn't want to start over..can I?if so how?

The game will continue as it always has after you open the tunnel, so don't worry. You'll still be able to upgrade your farm and stuff. If i remember rightly, the day after you re open it there is a party on the mountaintop and it takes up the whole day, but the next day the game will carry on as it always has.

It didn't continue the next day,went to the party on mountain top and saw the credits afterwards.I then turned off the game and tried yo continue only to have the party repeat again.Do I wait until the credits are over s I can continue?

With most/all of the games you have to watch the credits. It's like Animal Crossing in that the credits don't mean the game is done with entirely. The only HM games where you can't keep playing, to my knowledge, is Save the Homeland, and if you fail to do any work for a year in the original SNES one.

I hate watching the credits personally. But yes, it will continue after the credits and you can finish the game.

That was me, I forgot to log in.

It's the same with getting married and having a child. The credits will play after the event but don't worry the game will never end until year 99 I think? I haven't gone that far yet.

I would assume it could keep going past that. The numbers might mess up due to lack of space but XD I know people have made it 20-30 years in the game, but I've never heard of someone hitting 100.
