What do I need to do to get the maker shed and then the items in it?

You unlock the maker shed in Bluebell by completing a pasture expansion request, the pet playpen request, and then the maker shed request from Eileen. It comes with the Yarn maker and Fermenting maker, but there's a separate request that you can complete afterwards to get a beverage maker.

You unlock the one in Konohana after you've completed 3 field expansion requests, and the waterwheel and rice paddy request. It comes with the seed maker and grain mill maker, and there's a separate request you can complete later to unlock a pickling maker.

You're welcome! ^^ It's another Bluebell construction request, it'll start showing up the season after you build the maker shed. It costs 100,000g, 30 material stone, and 20 lumber. It'll let you make things like bottled wine and cans of tea.
