I need Animal/Expansion help!

What is the absolute maximum livestock you can have in Bluebell?
Edit I've done both the expansions, but it's still showing as an option. Why?

In Bluebell you can have a maximum of 16 livestock animals (cow, sheep, alpaca) after you have upgraded your pasture twice from Eileen's requests. You can have a maximum of 10 chickens, as well.

Okay that's weird... Because I've done both, but last time I upgraded, I noticed the option for pasture was still there!
