Can't get married to Cam

So I have full flowers on Cam and some. So I got a big bed and the full flowers on Laney and Howard. So I asked Cam with the blue feather and he denied me.
But also I didn't have any flower events either. Can I still go back and do the flower events?

It sounds like you need to see the events. All of the flower events are like heart events and need "[Color] flower or higher", so you can see them still. You also need 4 flowers with Howard and Laney.
