Other than the famous 10 ore stones by Raul and harvesting requests, there are many requests that require less than one day to complete.
They're usually very profitable. But some of them need a few days to complete. They're birthday requests, usually triggered after YEARS. I'm on year 7, so I know quite a bit on this. Some can only be triggered after seeing a specific random event. Some can only come after another one-day request is fulfilled. Reina will not request anything for Ash's birthday before you fulfill Ash's request for Reina's birthday.

For example, Laney and Georgia are best friends, so Laney ask ingredients to make a gift for Georgia's food cravings. Mako-related requests are bugs. One or two asks wine. Here is the information of what who ask what on which season. The date is on the birthday or a few days before the birthday. One or two asks a week before the birthday. But they all require us to complete it less on a day. I will mark the things that need more than a day to be worked on.
This list is on proper order. They happen at the same date every year. Kana's request for White Morpho and Honey is always before Laney's request for Georgia, and so on.
And they never ask for half-rating stuff. So, if someone requests Chilli peppers, you cannot just buy a chili pepper from the store. You need a genuine 2-star chili peppers(so mean, I know). The only way you can get chilli peppers are from other people's requests rewards.

Spring
Kana to Georgia, 1 White Morpho and 1 Honey (preferably done before the request shows up, because white morpho cannot be caught on rainy days)
Laney to Georgia, Cherry, Flour, and Good Butter
Grady to Georgia, 5 Black Eggs
Reina to Mako, White Morpho, Oki Butterfly, Helena Morpho (preferably done a few days before, because you cannot catch them on rainy days)

Alisa to Harvest Goddess, 2 strawberries (this is a special request, made weeks after Harvest Goddess' birthday. Somewhen around Spring 20)

Gombe to Nori Shiratama Flour

Summer
Rahi to Ina, 1 Puer Tea (Can)
Georgia to Grady, 1 Great Cheese
Hiro to Kana, 99 failed dish (very unprofitable)
Georgia to Kana, 1 Cucumber, 99 failed dishes and 1 Chili pepper
(Summer 16) Kana to his mother, Red Rose and Sunflower
Howard to Laney, Soy Milk (prepare your soybean)
Cam to Laney, Pink Rose (this is a spring flower)

Alisa to Nathan, 1 Flour (no, not the half-rating flour you got from Diego's shops)
Eileen to Sheng, 1 Matcha Tea(Can) and Bamboo (Bamboo you can only find in Spring and Summer and Ying's requests)
Ina to Rahi, 5 Jersey Milk(s) (personally my favorite request. The reward is 25 Shimeji, 25 Shiitake, and 5 Chilli Peppers)
(Fall 19) Dirk to his brother, 1 Fall Wine (you need to make it at least one day before. It takes 24 hours to complete. The request requires you to do it in less than 23 hours)
Rutger to Rose, 1 White Rose and 1 Marguerite (Rutger is going to talk about roses made just for his wife Rose here)
Laney to Howard, 1 Good Cheese
Cam to Howard, 1 Gold Tea (to do this, you need to have Gold Tea (Can), which takes 84 hours to make)
Hiro to Ayame, 1 Flour and 1 Spinach
Mako to Ayame, 1 Oolong Tea (Can)

Winter
Nori to Hiro, 1 Penne Pasta and 1 Cheese
Ayame to Hiro, 1 Chocolate Pack, 1 Ice Cream (personally, this is my least favorite one-day request. Ayame is gonna talk about how she is going to make chocolate ice cream, so both Hiro and her are going to eat it in Winter. 1), Ice cream on Winter? 2) So she's just adding the chocolate to the ice cream? She won't even cook the ice cream herself? 3) Why does she also eat the gift?)
Sheng to Eileen, 1 Fruit Wine (this you need to prepare the day before. Fruit wine needs 24 hours to complete. The one-day request expects you to finish everything in less than 23 hours)
Ying to Yun, 5 eggs, Shimeji
Nathan to Alisa, Sponge Cake
Yun to Ying, 2 Rose Honey
Rahi to Ying , Rice Flour
Nori to Gombe, 3 sashimis
Nori to Reina, Tofu (prepare your soybean)

P.S. You cannot get this request if you have another on-going request with the requester, or if the mayors request you to give something to them.
P.P.S. One person can only ask one request, you might already notice that. But that's not completely true. There can only be one request per every person who gets. And one delivery request per mayor. So mayors can give two requests, as long as one is delivery request and the other is non-delivery request. That's my guess for seven years of tale of two towns gaming experience. In real time, I've played this since last November.

There's, in my calculation, one request missing from here, and I am very happy to receive the information from anybody who got it already! A Winter request, from Mako to Reina. I'm guessing we won't get the request before we fulfill Reina to Mako request of White Morpho, Oki Butterfly, Helena Morpho. Do please help me on this. I've been save and reloading and I'm sure that's the only thing that has been holding me back! And I'm starting to hate Mako big time.
