I think I'm going to move to kono for year two. How do I use the seed maker? People keep saying 5 star crops are gold, but wouldn't it take a ton of money to fertilize enough crops to be level 5 just to turn em into seeds and try to grow them again before the season is up? I don't get how kono is so easy to make money.. It seems hard.
But so does raising animal productivity.

You probably won't even get the seed maker until two or three years after moving to Konohana.
Crop rankings can only grow a bit for every plant, that means you need to plant, fertilize, make seed and repeat quite a few times. That could end up taking up a whole season or more depending on the plant, but the hi-rank seeds and crops are worth a lot of money, so in the end is worth it.

Calm downnn.... you made like... 3 topics with the same anguish. First of all: raising star quality takes time and requires patience. Money will come with the process, it'll not appear from night to day... Yes, you'll spend loads of money with fertilizers, but it's all for better crops. If you do it right (search the website for how to place them better), you'll be payed for your effort.
