If you really want an opinion I personally like Hiro better. I love the way he talks to the MC. He speaks so maturely. Also, I think his pregnancy event is the best if you're looking to have a child. I mean, he does look kind of young, but the positives weigh out the negatives. (Plus, Kana is a little too horse obsessed for me )

Both of them rock and are too good for you. Just leave them to their bromance.

But, seriously, it's literally against forum rules to ask us who to marry. If you want their ups and downs, date them both and actually play the game! Here's a brief summery:

Kana: Horse-obsessed. Confident, and laid back. A typical chill bro. Hates sweets, loves spicy stuff and alcohol. He talks about horses... a lot. He made me laugh all the time.
Hiro: A sunny little shota who's actually rather insecure about a lot of things. He's determined, though. He's your typical sweets loving shota. He has a few interests, and I found him to have a more diverse range of subjects than other characters. He talks like a old British guy from a few hundred years ago (very formal).

1. Personally, I married Kana since he was my first choice when I started playing, but I always feel guilty for not marrying Hiro. I had a really hard time choosing between the two as well.
2. As it's been said before, I can't tell you who to marry, but I'll give you what I think each bachelor can offer.

Kana seems to not really take things seriously, and will annoy you constantly in the beginning by choosing his horses over you. He's more of the kind of guy who talks and expects you to listen. He's extremely loyal though, it seems, and once he realizes it's you that he loves the most, he won't hesitate to let you know how much he cares for you. He's very optimistic most of the time, and his dedication can leave you feeling refreshed from you endless foraging toils.
Hiro, on the other hand, is the kind who would listen to you and randomly ask you to sing with him occasionally on dates (which I never really understood). He's undoubtedly more of a worrywart, and his sweet caring personality makes him almost like a big brother during the first few stages of friendship. Once he realizes he likes you more than like a sister, he becomes a blushing, stuttering mess, which is really cute, and I have to say that I like Hiro's reverse proposal the best out of all of them. But then your own husband helps deliver your baby... ^^;

Like I said, it's down to who you end up liking better, and I don't know you, so I can't say who would be better for you even if I was allowed to. Either way, they'll both end up having really limited dialogue at the end of it all, but...
Whoever you marry, I hope that your experience with these Konohana boys is a memorable and fun one~

I personally prefer Kana to Hiro. I was torn but then I realised that the 'posh' way that Hiro talks is kind of annoying to me.

I prefer Hiro better, because he speaks maturely and is cute haha ~
I like his birth scene too, it's unique unlike the other bachelors :3

Personally, I say Hiro because I think he's cuter and at least doesn't constantly talk about doctoring (or at least not in the way Kana does)

I say Hiro. But then again, I'm a sucker for doctors. When I was playing, it ultimately came down to either Hiro or Cam. I ended up marrying Cam, but if I were to do it all over again, I would definitely go with Hiro this time.

If you like to have your ears talked off about horses, marry Kana. If you like having someone with medical knowledge during your pregnancy, marry Hiro.

Love it. If I wasn't too lazy to play video games again, I'd marry all of them.
