Does anybody get a Magic Water or the request for Magic Water and live on the internet to tell about it?

Oracle's my wife, and I did almost every request she gave me(she didn't give out much requests!) and I'm on year 7, and I finished her skateboard, snowboard, carts request (ridiculously expensive and takes out storage space) and never got a Magic Water. Only royal jellies. How annoying but it totally sparked my curiosity. Do I have to have a good friendship level to get it? I'm bored and I give her -1000 fp dried tofu gifts so I can see marriage with purple flower etc friendships dialogues, so maybe that's why I never got much requests. Or it's just the game's being mean. Which?

Magic Water is only available as a reward for her S ranked requests. Since her requests won't show up until you're level 10 (the max level), it's all down to the fact that S ranked requests don't show up all that often.
