How to avoid the bed request?

I need the info. I want to expand my farm, not get bed. So how can I avoid the bed request?

Once you reach year 2 in the game, check the message board in the town you are living in for the Bed Build request from Eileen. She will post it once you are at Request Level 3 and Eileen has over 7750 FP.
Answer: Don't befriend Eileen.
Don't talk to her, don't participate in cooking Festivals because she gets point every time you do. If you want to be sure, give her a hated item every day.

Well, just make the bed already and it'll never show up again.

You kind of... can't escape.

Oh,thanks. I'll give her a some weeds. And one question more: If I will cheer Konohana, will Eileen get FP?

I do think so yes. It is that you participate at all. Rutger definitely gets friendship point even if you always are living in Konohana. Besides, if you want to build your farm, you also want to avoid the cooking contest anyway. Completely.
