Konohana and Bluebell upgrades

So, here's a question I need answered ASAP. So I wanna restart my game as a female farmer and move to Bluebell. Or just move to Bluebell. Either way. And I need to know something before I do either. Can I upgrade the other farm if I'm not living there. Basically, let's say I move to Bluebell, can I upgrade the Konohana farm (like get the waterwheel and the upgraded fields and all that) if I'm not living there, or do I have to be living there to get the upgrades? Not access after I've upgraded, but actually be able to upgrade.

Unfortunately, you can only upgrade the farm you're currently living on. While living on the Bluebell farm, you wouldn't be able to upgrade the Konohana farm.
