Ushi No Tane Forum

Alright, so it's Neil's birthday and I've been trying to give him gifts such as yak milk, moondrop flowers, etc. But every time I try to give him something he says, "A present for me? No thanks. What reason do I have to accept anything from you?" And then the dialog closes. I think I remember that the blacksmith girl did this to me earlier today, but I didn't really mind it, I just thought she didn't like copper. So, could someone please tell me what is wrong? You should at least talk to a villager once in a week, if you haven't talked to them in a long time they tend to refuse your gift. ^^

If I've been ignoring villagers because of fishing, heavy gardening, etc. etc.......I make sure I talk to the birthday guy or gal the day before their birthday...that way you know they will take the gift!!
