I've done a delivery for Ina and she gave me three seaweeds in return to delivering 2 potatoes to reina..
The seaweeds' worth are very much less than my potatoes Shall I sell them or will I need them later in the game?

(P.S: yes a beginner :') )

I don't believe you need seaweed for anything other than some recipes which are Seaweed Curry, Rainbow Curry, Egg Rice Bowl, Rice Ball, Natto Roll, Kappa Roll, Tekka Roll and Oshinko Roll.
I don't think there are any requests that require them ^^
