Does anyone remember what Mikhail says if you give him chocolate on winter harmony day and you're not married? It doesn't say in the transcriptions.

I don't think he participates in it, so he would probably complain about you giving him chocolate. Crazy guy.

Of course he participates. If he doesn't like sweets he'll say something like "I'll accept this time" or anything of the sort - but he's never rude to you.
