If your town is really weed infested you can always find Wisp the ghost. If you catch the 5 spirits with your net then you can choose to have him weed your village.

just set the clock back to the first day u didnt play it. Then finish that day up, set clock up to next day, finish that up, next day, finish, etc.

I don't like that time-travel trick. Think about it-

1. You go back to the first day and finish up
2. You speed time back up to the current date so if for example you don't play for 2 weeks, 2 weeks of damage will still have been done to your town.

The best way to utilize this trick is to jump from day to day, taking care of everything to that needs taking care of. But this would take so much time, you'd probably need a whole day just to make your way to the current day. So using Whisp is the best idea, although you either need to drink loads of caffiene or be an insomniac to get him...
