So, who all got it today and is playing it? I love it. I haven't put it down. Excited to see different final fantasy titles being used like Tactics and Type 0.
Also, does anyone know the song in the card binder? I've heard it before but it's going crazy that I can't remember where it's from..

I got it just a few hours ago and I can't put it down either! The same thing happened with the first game, these are so addictive. I'm really happy that they have included songs from Crystal Chronicles, that game has such a beautiful soundtrack! My favorite song from that game isn't in though. Oh well.
The song in the card binder doesn't sound familiar to me, but I haven't played the newest FFs (from 13 onward), so it's probably from one of those games.

I spent way too much money on the first one and I refuse to repeat purchasing my favorite songs all over again.
I'll just wait for another rhythm game (ie: Project Mirai) to come out.
Glad to see you enjoy it though.

All the dlc from the first game is on this one. Or should be. I never bought all the dlc on the first one.
The game is a bit different though. Instead of the chaos shrine there is a mini rpg section where you pick where you want to go to fight the main boss. It's a bit like chaos shrine but more thought out. It's fun.
I have yet to play online multiplayer yet though. I think I'd get beat easily lol.
Oh and I found out the song is Distant Worlds from FFXI. An instrumental version i guess. pretty song!

Still waiting for my copy. It's releasing on Friday here in the UK, so it should arrive Saturday.
That reminds me, I still need to unlock the final movie in the first game.

I was feeling that way too, at first, but I ended up buying it after lots of hesitation, and I'm happy with it. All the DLC songs (except Somnus) from the first game are in the second game and you don't have to re-purchase them, they're in from the start, and there's lots of new songs. And unlocking characters is a lot less annoying than in the first game.

Oh, I forgot about that one, I never played XI either.

How's everyone doing on the game? Just starting my third set of level 99's. :O Finally got Sephiroth so I'm doing a party wth him, Aerith and Cloud (who was 99 but I reset) for the lulz.
Game is so addictive! Played a bit online and vs.mode is a lot of fun
Oh, I have an XP map if anyone wants it! Lemme know~

Been playing this game like crazy! I haven't played anything else since I got it
I've got all party members sans Firion and Benjamin. I only need 1-2 shards for each and am tired of running maps so I'm gaining rhythmia playing random songs I like (maps tend to give me songs I don't care for or can't stand lol). Once I get them, I'll team 'em up with Jecht, and everyone will be level 99! Until then, resetting a few party members' levels for that CP raise.

I haven't had as much time to play as I'd want to, but so far I have 4 characters at level 99 (Terra, Celes, Edgar (yes FF6 is my favorite) and Cecil), and I have a few others who are close to 99. Last time I played I unlocked Edge, but I still have lots of characters to unlock.
