11/12 Master, 10/12 Hero, 1/12 Creator today. Hunter is max rank now. I also finished all the story apart from what I believe you earn from the Trials. I'm level 86, I think? I did do Trial of Time, but now I need to make more potions! Also, it was a total jinx, mentioning that previous, now gone, no 'passed out' record... oh well, at least I beat both stories before biting it once!

I love how non serious the game is, speaking of. Nice for littler people, the easily frustrated, or even every skill level. I know I'm only average at best, years of competitive MMO playing is what made me not totally suck at these actiony games! Woo.

Over 100 hours too, so it isn't like I'm efficient, just persistent. Going to Hero Mercenary and Wizard tomorrow, I think. Mercenary Boss Challenges are the Real Deal, makes me glad I have strong party members and nice swords from Blacksmith. Wizard Boss Challenges are those terrible Spirit/Wraith things, right? Start cowering now?

Everybody answered all the questions! Um, none of my friends are ever playing and I'm 90% excellent at giving applause if anyone wants to add me, it is the normal 3DS code in my sig. Let me know and I will add you back.

ETA: Yes, the album I posted earlier are the Hero outfits. I might add more tomorrow. Also, I do have the DLC, which is relevant? I have been able to Ally connect with my DLCless friends and family, but not play with them.

I've got 2 lifes at « Harvest Goddess »-rank now. I'll try to finish as much as I can this weekend and then I'm done with the game

omg you're head of me to! I only have like 90 hours, what does everyone do here anyway? I thought I was the only one who literally just sits and plays video games all day

I only got the game recently so I'm not very far yet. I'm an Adept Wizard and Tailor, and I just started mining. I think I'll keep Wizard as my main combat class though, so mining won't be too useful for me... I should switch to Alchemist instead. Loving the game so far!

Any tips for catching the fish in the Origin island area? i got the divine fish to like.. the last chunk of health but then i couldn't get it down past that point. :I

Should i break for a bit and try to up crafting and make a new rod? Or should i just be more patient and use as little sp in the fight as i can till the very end?

try using the rod you get for becoming legend rank and the gear from hero, also dont use your charge skill for the first bit, if you run out of SP you're pretty much toast, so just pull normally till about half way, then you can use it till you can use your special move, then after that do the normal tugs until it's on the very last bit, then you can use the remainder of your SP

that's what I did, hope it helps

Master Hunter! Man I thought that song would never end! Am I supposed to get some kind of new armor or something?

Started working on Blacksmith, but I can't remember where I found Platinum. I had some and I remember mining it but can't remember where it was? Help?

Also have several things that need Monster Hide. Never found that anywhere. Help?

Lastly, how the heck are you supposed to kill some of those bosses? I have an Hunter Adept challenge to kill a big beak bird in the Western grasslands. I took Odin and a pet and the thing slaughtered us. This is an Adept quest and I'm hardly hurting it? How do you kill these things? I've had similar experiences with other bosses.

you get a song for every class you master, you can skip it though, the armor you get at hero rank

platinum is at the snowpeak mountain summit

idk where exactly, I dont remember, but just look here http://www.gamefaqs.com/3ds/971712-fant ... faqs/70335 click Ctrl-F and type it in the bar that appears

grinding levels or just take your time? some monsters I just ignored before but now I can beat most things within 10min, though I could have been overleveled cuz I always did everything, I got exp from crafting and gathering like crazy, I also spam my X-charge attack xD I take a lot of hi-SP things with me, you can always connect with someone to get some help

So today I reached level 56, finished the Origin Island storyline and became Creator rank for two lives (Angler and Wizard).

wow o-o at only level 56, I only have angler at creator, the rest are master to demi-creator, ironically the next one I wanted to get to creator was wizard xD

For the rest, I have 2 lives at Hero (Miner and Woodcutter), 5 at Fledgling (Tailor, Paladin, Mercenary, Hunter and Blacksmith), 2 at Adept (Alchemist and Cook) and 1 at Apprentice (Carpenter). My boyfriend suggested I should finish up the ones that use Intelligence and Focus since that's what Angler and Wizard used so I'm trying to max Alchemist next followed by Cook and Tailor.

the rest of mine are at demi-creator, with the exception of angler which is creator, and hunter, which I just finished ranking up to hero, in like half hour everything will be demi-creator or higher

and ya, alchemy was too easy as a wizard xD

Well I ended up getting my dlc yesterday. I also ended up getting those 3 dragon pets. (if only I could have that dragon hatchling in real life)

I'm also 2,500 stars away from my first legend rank WHOO!

So I caved and bought the game yesterday, aha (I'm still car-hunting so I'm stuck at home going crazy anyways).

I like it so far, although I'm only just reaching the West Grassy Plains area. I started with Hunter and haven't tried any other Lives yet, so I've only been using the bow and dagger so far, and I think I'm still at Apprentice.
