Hi! Don't know if this is okay to post but I looked around and couldn't get an answer. I live in Bluebell, would I have to move to Konohana to unlock the uh rice wheel stuff?? Will it be worth it? (I'm guessing I'd have to spend a year or so there to unlock the whole thing...)? Thank you

As for expansions, it looks like remodeling the farm enough to get the rice wheel does take a bit of money. You can find the specifics here, under the Konohana Expansions: http://fogu.com/hm10/your_farms/farm_expansions.php

But it appears to fully expand it you have to make your crop field bigger three times before you can make the waterwheel and rice paddy. It looks like you'll need about 125,000G, if my quick mental math is correct.

As for if it's worth it, well, that really depends on if it is to you. You can't ever expand both farms to be equal in everything, but I know if you have bluebell's barn expanded and move to Konohana, your other animals you can't fit/take over are sort of "frozen" so you can always tend to them when you go back to Bluebell. I believe what a lot of players do is expand Konohana all the way, because you can still use the crop fields and stuff iirc (but not everything) and then live in Bluebell to have access to their animals.

Yeah, you'll need to live in Konohana for a year or more, upgrading your field several times before you even get the option to build the maker shed/rice paddy.

The nice thing is that you get both in a single upgrade.

back to your question if it is worth it: in my opinion it certainly is, since you also get the seed maker and once you have that you can really start increasing your crops' star rank
