There's probably been a topic like this a thousand times before but I love reading everyone's opinions they're so interesting.
Who's your favorite character in the series and why?

Mine would have to be Clorica, her English VA did a perfect job and she's absolutely adorable! Not to mention her conversations with the MC, she always manages to calm me down or make me happy. She's a very inspirational character to me. Plus, she has purple hair. Don't know why but purple hair seems to be one of my weaknesses.

I could write a lot more but I'm not very good with words, ahahaha...ha... :')

I liked Yue from Rune Factory 2. Her design was gorgeous

Leon. My jaw actually dropped when I saw his sprite for the first time. It only got better the more I heard about him, and once I started playing he definitely went to the top of my list.

(Plus, I got to be all smug because I'd been saying for ages that the fluffy-eared silver-haired person could be the mysterious last bachelor, but no one agreed with me. )

I'd say Dylas. His marriage event made me feel all warm inside.

Definitely Sofia. I'm really into dry humor so the opposite speaking was pure gold for me.

Porcoline! Cause, why not?

I have only played RF4 because it was the first DS game that you could play as female, but my favorite characters would be Blossom and Leon.

Blossom reminds me of my grandma and I think that's why I like her so much. She's so sweet. <3

Leon is my all-time favorite. I immediately was in love with his design. I'm obsessed with anything Egyptian, so he was who I knew I wanted to marry. I'm usually not into super muscular designs so this was new for me. Once I finally unlocked him in the game, I was a bit worried about his attitude but it turned out he just comes off as arrogant but he's actually really sweet and caring. I love how he loves to mess with you and embarrass you. Also, he's part fox which just makes him more amazing.

Amber, with Doug as a pretty close second. :3

Leon is my favorite as well. though originally I wasn't interested in him when I looked at all the bachelors/bachelorettes and started a boy file. but then I unlocked him and just totally fell in love, so I ditched my boy-file and started a girl file

On a more serious note, much like many others, I've found myself to be quite fond of Leon. He's a personality that's fascinating to pick apart, to keep it short. I feel as though RF4- being the latest in the series- has gone the furthest with the writing, so in terms of character depth, he's probably the highest on my list.

With earlier games in mind, though... Raven was interesting to explore, plus there was the whole thing she had to connect with Micah. I liked her family dynamic with Gaius, his quirks aside, and how he offers Micah earnest advice at one point in Raven's events. Gaius and RF3's De Sainte-Coquille family branch were all highly entertaining.

Arthur. He's amazing :D Has a lot of qualities that my real life significant other has, so that helps a lot.

Mine would be Mist from RF1 - she's just wonderfully quirky and endearing. I married her multiple times, something I almost never do.

In 1 I also liked Ivan, Melody and Mei, then Cecilia from RF1 and 2, Yue and Cammy from 2 (see my icon ) the protags of 2 (both Kyle and the kids), Gaius, Will (Kuruna's pet fireball), Sofia, Carmen and Raven from RF 3.

My least favorite of all would have to be Douglas (Mana's dad, specifying cause I realized there's some guy in RF 4 with a similar name). I just can't stand the overprotective dad stereotype. I also didn't like Mana much, she's by far my least favorite of the 'default' love interests. (which is possibly caused in part by her dad, but I also don't like her much by herself)

Dylas is my favourite RF character considering his surprised blushes (^w^) and how he opens up to the character. The shy, distanced characters are always the one that I seem to 'bee line' to and usually marry.

My favorite character would have to be Porcoline! To me, he had the best first impression ever!
