RF1 Kasimir Ruins final door

I'm in the Kasimir Ruins and I can't unlock the final door before the boss battle. I don't mean the one where you have to plant all the fields, I got that one. The door says I haven't destroyed all the machines yet, but I have. I even got the one behind the poison floor. Is there anything else I have to do?

The door should open once you destroy all the gates. Your absolutely sure you got them all? That device Ivan gives you isn't indicating that there are any machines left?
