Characters leaving party

Covering Innocent Life (PsP/Ps2), Rune Factory 1 (DS), Rune Factory 2 (DS), Rune Factory 3 (DS/Switch), Rune Factory Frontier (Wii), Rune Factory Tides of Destiny (Wii/Ps3), Rune Factory 4 (3DS/Switch/Steam), and Rune Factory 5 (Switch/Steam).

So I'm new to Rune Factory, and just got Rune Factory 4, and Forte and Vishnal always leave my party at 7pm. I also tested this with Kiel, Clorica, Margaret and Porcoline, and they all leave at 7pm. But then a few ingame days ago, Vishnal has stopped leaving my party at 7pm, and doesn't seem to leave at all without me telling him to. I was just wondering why they leave at 7, and why Vishnal is no longer leaving?

After they get above a certain friendship level, villagers will stay with you all the time, unless they have to leave for a town event..
